Konto Microsoft[Microsoft account]

Witam przychodzę z problemem w grze Forza Horizon 4. Problem jest wywołany przez 2 konta microsoft. Na moim głownym koncie zostalo założona kontrola rodzicielska. Stworzylem nowe konto a nastepnie zalogowalem sie na sklepie microsoft i kupiłem Forze Horizon
w edycji ultimate (pozostając zalogowany na aplikacji xbox na starym koncie). Właczyłem grę i okazało sie ze dostęp do trybu online jest zablokowany. Przelogowalem sie na aplikacji xbox również na nowe konto. Włączylem grę i wczytał sie nowy zapis (po ponownym
zalogowaniu na główne konto nie było problemu). Tera nie wiem czy dodatki z pakietu są wszystkie na tym drugim koncie czy na głównym (nie miałem w garażu samochodów z serii Jamesa Bonda). Potrzebuję pomocy w rozwiązaniu problemu. Jeśli to mozliwe przeniesieniu
gry i dodatków na główne konto oraz usunięciu tej blokady(rodzice powiedzieli że nie potrafią tego usunąć)

[Translation-Hello, I come with a problem in Forza Horizon 4. The problem is caused by 2 microsoft accounts. Parental controls have been set up on my main account. I created a new account and then logged in to the microsoft store and bought Forze
Horizon in the ultimate edition (remaining logged in the xbox application on the old account). I started the game and found out that access to online mode is blocked. I also switched to the xbox application to a new account. I started the game and a new save
was loaded (after logging back into the main account there was no problem). Tera I do not know if the additions from the package are all on the other account or the main one (I didn't have James Bond cars in my garage). I need help solving a problem. If possible,
moving the game and add-ons to the main account and removing this lock (parents said they can't remove it)]

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have issue with a game. Unfortunately, you are not able to move game and items from one account to another. You can check your

order history on both accounts to see which account it was purchased on.

Hello Mario,

We understand that you're attempting to sign into your Microsoft account, but the account is locked for the 30 day time period to secure it.

In regards to your question about receiving a code even though the phone number on the account is not up to date, it too will do this 30 day lockout if updating the number is decided.

We would like to confirm that your mention of the email address would mean that you decided to update the email to the Microsoft account, and the account should then allow you to continue signing in to gain access to the account but with limited access.

A suggested article for you is our unblock your Microsoft account or Outlook email
support article, which will more than likely lead to our when you can't sign in to your Microsoft account support
article.

If you followed the troubleshooting steps to reset the password for the account there is nothing you can do. If that was a child account and nothing was purchased through it as consequence you can always set up a new one.

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to assist you in trying to recover that account if that's what you want do.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
