Sorry for the issue with the suspension. The only way to contact them is through a case review. If you are not eligible for one then unfortunately, there is no other way to contact them. In the past they did have a way to contact them, but due to being constantly
harassed and such they got rid of it. Even support agents are unable to contact them.

As for the picture some could find it offensive and report it. Remember people of all ages play on the Xbox. Under the

code of conduct in the terms you agreed to number iv.

iv. Don’t publicly display or use the Services to share inappropriate content or material (involving, for example, nudity, ****, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, or criminal activity).

We understand your point, but as it is violating the code of conduct that is why it been removed.

Not the suspension, the report is it. From a gamer.

Oh well, that's not directly a private network for sure if it's open for everyone, even when u have to pay. There are judgements which say that.

However.

Freedom of speech does not apply on a private network, I'm afraid. Suspensions are not issued as an act of revenge; they are issued in response to a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Microsoft Services Agreement, both of which you agree
to when you use Xbox Live.

But the freedom of speech is more important than a conduct of a company. Especially when a user don't get it to be shot in the game and want to get revenge by an idiotical report.

That it's not possible to contact them is ridicilous.
