    Kitty Wired USB Headset on XBoxOne?


    Can I really not use a kitty usb wired headset? I can't use an adaptor or anything it really just won't work and won't let me on party? I already committed to buying bc I felt pressured and was dumb for not researching more but like I really want to have a use for them rather than wasting 150 on them. Should I buy any old usb to 3.5mm adaptor or will that not work?

    The XboxOne controller is wireless and wired. You plug in the Micro Usb cable and the controllers internal radio is turned off. All data is then transferred, through the wire to the console. So when you buy the XboxOne you are essentially getting both wireless
    and wired controls. For fast paced games like COD wired is the way to go. The input lag on a wireless controller( I'm talking current gen, I know XboxOne will have wifi direct) was not noticeable for most people but I did. Wired is way better. Now for just
    normal puzzle games and relaxing gameplay wireless is fine, especially with the new data rates and tech in the XboxOne controller.
