Kingdom Hearts 3 Xbox Console(s) Turns off when using Ariel Summon

Hi, i have a weird bug where the xbox turns off when i use Ariel's summon. When i turn the xbox back on I get the screen that warns you about the console over heating.

I tried using a different xbox console and the exact same thing happened. Im positive this isnt an over heating/ventilation issue. Looking online this problem has been an issue with others as well but nothing as far as solutions. Im wondering if there are
any solutions? Thanks.

I can only think it may be a game issue. Contact Square Enix and let them know.

For me personally, it was when I finished the game Kingdom Hearts 3, I had never played any franchise games, I was happy that the kingdom hearts of other generations will arrive in xbox.

Yes it has to happen ive been a fan of kingdom hearts since the first game was released and would love them to make a remake of kingdom heart 1 & 2 on the xbox and then announce kingdom hearts 3 to come onto the xbox as well

Dragon quest, kingdom hearts 1.5+2.5 remix, kingdom hearts 2.8, kingdom hearts III, Valkyria Revolution, and Ghost Recon Wild lands. I have the Xbox set as my home consol and did a consol reset just in case.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much The Long Dark had been updated from the last time that I had played it, along with Sea of Thieves. It was astounding the differences.

I was also surprised when Kingdom Hearts 3 was released for the Xbox and the fact that it was getting released at all. I have been a big fan of the Kingdom Hearts series ever since I was a kid, and I was so excited the Kingdom Hearts 3 had been released.
I can't wait for the DLC for it to come out.
