Kingdom Hearts 3 punch card 6000 points

I preordered Kingdom Hearts 3 and it says preorders are not eligible for the punch card points. This makes no sense as I still made the purchase of the game and couldn't play it until the 29th so preorders should still be eligible for the points, is there
a way I can get the points or get a refund and re purchase the game? Because this makes preordering useless on the Xbox

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. In order to get a refund you would have to go through the

Refund Request Form.

Once you follow the link, Follow the on screen prompts to submit your request.

It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

As long as you activated the punch card before pre ordering the game then you should get your 6000 points on release day.

I used the punch card then pre-ordered the deluxe version but I haven't got my 6000 points. Did I have to preorder the normal version for this to work.
