Kingdom Hearts 3 Amazon Pre-Order Bonus Issue

So I pre-ordered Kingdom Hearts 3 last week, and an hour ago I got the prepaid code in my email. The game itself installed/runs fine, but I have a second code for the Dawn Til' Dusk pre-order bonus, for pre-ordering through Amazon. I've entered this code
on the Microsoft website, the Xbox Marketplace, the Microsoft Edge Xbox App, and the Windows 10 Microsoft Store, and they all give the same response, "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on another web page." along
with an error: "Token not supported."

I've gone through forum posts with similar problems and tried the solutions that came with it (Changing the region, restarting the console, etc.) but nothing has worked. Has anyone had a similar issue and if so does anyone know of a solution? Is there possibly
something I'm missing?

You'll have to reach out to Amazon for a solution.

You may have to contact Amazon as suggested or wait until the error has been resolved. It sounds like this is happening to multiple users

I'm having the same issue. I've tried to redeem the code on multiple locations and devices. I'm currently talking with the Amazon support team to see if we can get this resolved.

I've seen multiple people with the issue so hopefully they are aware.
