    That icon usually shows up when the controller can't detect a mic. If the troubleshooting does not work the controller is probably the culprit

    The Ambassador badges have to be updated manually, this can take a while if there's a backlog. Give it a few days and it'll be added, if it's still not been then head over to Ambassador forum and post about it, Miss Ermine should be able to sort it out for
    you.

    XBOX Series X shows as XBOX One on Microsoft Account

    Yep mine is too and the first day I had it, it showed an Xbox One icon. At least now it shows a Series X icon.

    Someone else I know said theirs shows up as Xbox One also but has a Series X icon.
