    Kinect doesn't work


    Hy, today when i turned on my console my kinect didn't turn on and my xbox is stucked in the "xbox one" green display.

    I tried to unplug the kinect and restart the console (following the microsoft xbox support site) but when i turn on the console it doesn't work and the console remain stucked.

    You can probably find an affordable replacement on ebay, Amazon, or your local pawn shop.

    Unfortunatly it doesn't work, i followed all the steps but the kinect doesn't turn on, i have the first xbox one model so as i know it doesn't work without the kinect... I bought the console 5 years ago so maybe it's starting to be old and giving problems.

    Kinect doesn't work

    Have you tried power cycling your console? Here's how as Xbox suggests.

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button
       on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button
       on your console to turn it on.
