    Hello Microsoft.

    I bought the Xbox one the night it launched when it was bundled for 500 dollars with the xbox one kinnect. I passed on the xbox one s because I was going to wait and buy the 4k Xbox when it came out.

    It was really nice of you to offer Xbox kinnect adapters for the Xbox one S customers. You made a marketing decision to release your product with an accessory. Then you made another marketing decision to kill off the propriety port that the kinnect uses
    in the Xbox one S and subsequently the xbox one x. It makes sense that you would offer your customers an option to utilize your products as they were intended and charging them an additional 40-50 dollars to use something they bought 5 years ago certainly
    seems disingenuous and deceptive.

    Please let me know what kind of information you need to send me my complimentary adapter. You can find all of my purchase and registration information on my Xbox account.

    Can we have an answer from Microsoft, is the Kinect adaptor going to be made available (in the UK for me)? I have bought and X Box One X, it is bad enough the KInect adaptor is not free, but it is not even available. Thinking of returning my XBox One X,.

    What lies? No where is it stated that the xbox one x comes with a Kinect adaptor.

    It was announced in October that production of the Kinect had stopped & recently the adaptor as well.

    5 minutes searching would of told you that.

    The xbox one x does support all of your accessories,including the Kinect.You just have to find the adapter to use it

    As of yet, there is no mention of getting that adapter for free with the X1X. It's a pity as I want it too, but I won't pay for it. I will sell my Kinect.

    just had a long chat with customer services about the adapters ..... was basically told buy one or don't have one , p.s. £29.99 in uk

    with gritted teeth went to microsoft store only to find they haven't even got them in stock .... ebay (£75)

    I think it's absolutely shocking Microsoft are not supplying XBOX ONE to XBOX ONE X gamers a free kinect adaptor, its disgrace borderline criminal.

    MICROSOFT FORCED EARLY ADAPTORS TO GET THE KINECT - its not the consumers fault the kinect failed so WHY are we being penalised.
