Actually, you can filter the games from the Microsoft store to what you prefer.

When you go to your store app, just click on view all to one of the categories.

Once on the next page, you can select the first box on the top category "Top Free"

Then on the 4th category, select category you want to select, you will then be provided the games for those categories that you can download and play.

Be mindful that there are features of the game that can’t be played while you’re offline such as the following:

• Online Co-Op
• Online Free Roam
• Online Multiplayer
• Auction House

• Forzathon
• Clubs

Thank you for the video that shows me the issue that is occurring with Sunset Overdrive on your PC. I am going to further investigate this problem and see if someone on my team can help me with this. In the meantime, let's try another suggestion and this just to see if there is an issue with the cloud save causing this problem. Please do the following in the order presented

Solution 1: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Would you please click on this link Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode | Xbox Support. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device

Solution 2: Once you have completed the first suggestion, disconnect from the internet and then try to play Sunset Overdrive offline and let me know if that solved the issue. I want to rule out cloud save issues.
