Killer Instinct: Season 3 Ultra Edition, 18,000 KI Gold?

I purchased Killer Instinct: Season 3 Ultra Edition and the Game Description says it comes with 18,000 KI Gold, but once I got the game installed my in-came wallet is showing 0.

Problems Upgrading from Killer Instinct Combo to Killer Instinct Ultra

I bought the $20 version of Killer Instinct at launch. Now I want to get the Killer Instinct Ultra edition for the new costumes, and original Killer Instinct. But the Ultra Edition costs $40. I don't want to pay for the content of KI Combo Edition twice.
Is there a way I can get the KI Ultra Edition for $20? Or is there a patch coming for this?

Sorry to hear about the issue! Could you try/verify the following?

• Verify you're signed in with the account that made the purchase.
• Once you verify you're signed in to the appropriate account and you continue to see 0 KI Gold. Try power cycling your Xbox One console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and then boot back up to see if the KI Gold shows up.

commerce.microsoft.com. The KI Gold was only available as a pre-order bonus (which is what the limited time on the description is referring to).

 

Well that's wildly deceptive. I purchased the game the day after it released. Why wasn't it listed as a pre-order incentive, instead of simply "limited time" without a expiration date? I'd like a refund, how might I go about that? That's blatant false advertisement.

 

You're really going to just ignore me on this one? The game's description is still listing the 18,000 KI Gold, I can't possibly be the only one who's finding this confusing.

Includes 8 new fighters - including Rash from Battletoads, Arbiter from Halo, Kim Wu, and Tusk! Includes VIP Double XP Booster, 8 retro costumes, accessory sets, bonus retro character colors, and 18,000 KI Gold (limited time only).

With no clarification in which this "limited time" is supposed to be applied there's no possible way you can wrong a customer in assuming they're within said limited time. I would like either the 18,000 KI Gold credited to my KI account or the game's price
refunded to my Microsoft account. I'm not arguing over some measly handful of credits, this is a $40 value, that's what I paid outright for the season pass, it was THE deciding factor for my opting to purchase the game on release, and since the promotion is
still listed on your store I don't see how I and anyone else who's purchased the title since its release. No retail outlet would be able to stop me from returning this title on the pretense of false advertisement, just because you're selling digital ware certainly
doesn't make you exempt. I'm more than willing to take a more legal approach though, if that's what I need to do.
