    Thank you for responding. I see you have tried quite a bit of troubleshooting already, but you are still unable to access your KI. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try

    removing and re-adding your profile.

    I have the same issue on my Win10 PC. DLC and shadows have problem with syncing - timeout appears. After skipping I can't play as Kilgore, Eagle or Shin Hisako - other characters are available. I have reinstalled game, but no luck. Any suggestions?
