    Hi all,

    I just recently completed the most recent update for my Xbox One and now I have been having issues with Killer Instinct not launching properly or the DLC's refusing to load because it says I am not connected to the internet. I am connected but it is by my
    AT&T iPhone 8 mobile hotspot connection and it is throttled to 128KBps because I had used up my 15GB of high speed mobile hotspot data. I have been playing even on this connection before the update but now I can't and found out one of the reasons why: all
    the characters I had acquired had to be reinstalled and every time I go to try and reinstall them, they get to 2.3% and then the installation stops and multiple attempts to try to and get the installation to restart ends up in failure to load.

    I am going to be getting an internet connection next month but I really want to get this resolved or I will have to wait until after June 5th when my mobile hotspot high speed data resets.

    Sorry to hear it. A certain speed is required to be able to play and connect properly to Xbox Live. If you're having trouble connecting then it's probably due to the fact that your hotspot speed has been throttled.

    If at all possible try to get connected to an alternate internet source. Perhaps see if you can connect temporarily to a friends internet to download what you need.

    With a hotspot , it is not a stable connection to download or play. Many factors come in to play when using one , and the simple fact that someone going by with a phone that picks up the signal and tries to connect could beak the connection and have to
