    Killer Instinct Game uninstalls by itself and won't reinstall


    Win 10 x64 bit, game installed fine first time around (last year or so)and updated fine.i didn't played it lately,now i wanted to do, but it says that game is not present in my system anymore,if i go to the store it says "error reinstall", i choose to reinstall,after
    many hours of waiting(mainly the installation, depsite having an I7, 16 gb ram and a geforce gtx 960), the game won't launch (i briefly see the logo,then crash to dekstop)and if i go to the store,again it says error.reinstall.the installation process hangs
    at 99%,then it says again to reinstall

    any help?

    Why is my Xbox One saying that I can't play Killer Instinct online?

    I called GameStop and the guy said that the problem is Killer Instinct. He said I'll have to uninstall the game and then reinstall it. Hopefully that works.

    Uninstalling Games & My Games and Apps

    I uninstalled Killer Instinct and when I go into My Games and Apps at the very end there is a faded Killer Instinct box and when I click the box it sends me to the Store to install the game again.

    Why does Microsoft leave that there? If I have a game installed on my PC and I uninstall the game the shortcut will vanish because it makes sense.

    Sorry to hear your KI Gold is missing on the Xbox One version. If the correct amount is showing while you're signed into the PC version, let's start by uninstalling and reinstalling Killer Instinct by following these specific steps.

    • Uninstall Killer Instinct
    • Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, or until the console fully powers down.
    • Power back on and install Killer Instinct.

    I need to try like 5 times for running Killer Instinct ....

    The game return to the dashboard immediately after the splash screen ....

    I try to uninstall and reinstall but nothing changed .

    I hope that they will fixe it soon .

    Yeah, Killer Instinct itself is pretty pathetic as a free "game". The add-on actually makes it a complete game.

    If it still gives you trouble I recommend reaching out to the
    Killer Instinct Community     and see if there are some in game milestones you may have to reach or if others have had this trouble.

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Follow the prompts.

    Restart your PC.

    Afterwards, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

    Please, follow these steps:
