    Kids Cannot See Friends on Kindle Fire Minecraft


    Hello,

    I have kids who each have a microsoft account. They are all friends with eachother and frinds with me on my account. When I play on a Nintendo Switch and send my sone an invie to a game he does not get notified on his Kindle Fire 7. It shows that I am
    not currently on-line in his friends list. Any idea what might need to be set? I believe I have all the permissions in place from the Amzon Free Time parental dashboard perspective.

    We do have a family account. I read through the links provided but I do not see anything that would keep my Minecraft join requests from getting to my son on his Kindle Fire. I don't know why he cannot see that I am on-line. Any other thoughts?

    No, nothing like that was ever set up. We only used to to log into minecraft on the kindle fire.

    To clarify, on the kindle fire we set up an account and then it required that I (parent) allow them access. So the only account I ever logged in (through a browser) was for my account. I don't think we ever logged into the kids account except through minecraft. So, unfortunately, that page is not helpful.

    I am wondering if this is a xbox related issue, as you have mentioned you Your son has minecraft on his amazon kindle fire, And you are getting him an Ipad, I am unsure if you can transfer his progress and coins, this would be an issue for minecraft. Contact
