Kicked out of my realm

Why do I keep getting booted from my Minecraft Realm?

Can't be in the realm at the same time with a player

My friend passed me his world to upload in my realm.

When we are connected at diferent times, it's okay, but we can't log together.

When I'm connected and he enter, I'm kick out.

When he is connected and I enter, he is kick out.

What can I do to solve this?

 

Bought 6 Month Realm - Unable to create Realm

I went ahead and paid for the 6 month realm package. It told me that the purchase went through, but it couldn't create the realm at the time and to check back later. After an attempted hard shutdown of my Xbox1, and logging out/in of my profile, I no longer
even get the "can't create a realm" message. When I go to "Create ..." and select New Realm, it now only gives me the trial and purchase options. Could I please get some assistance in getting my realm created?

if is in xbox

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.

and reset you're router too

 

check your network in your settings. Are you using cable wire or wifi? do a dianogstic check on your computer or laptop check your upload speed your down load speed and ping in your diagnostic area. restart your computer or laaptop..
