    Kicked off multiplayer live back to home screen.


    While playing multiplayer live games I keep getting kicked off back to the Home Screen. I have done all the resets as I’ve seen on the forums. I have also returned my console to Best Buy and got another. Nothing is working. I have years of games on my account.. I’ve spent a lot of money throughout the years yet I can’t seem to get anywhere with this issue. What can I do? I can’t enjoy my games. Please help.

    Split screen issues

    I am having the same issue!!! Only happens when playing split screen, we keep getting kicked back to the main screen/Xbox One Home screen, at the end of each multiplayer match.

    For me really concentrated tonight on what we were doing when we get kicked back to the home screen, and our conclusion is the party system anytime a person joins leaves or switches on/off party chat we get kicked back to the home screen this is a microsoft

    I think it might be an odd bug. As mine has done this a few times also. Even when launching a game it did it once. As long as its not happening every five minutes and is just once in a while its not two bad. Keep an eye on it and if it is doing it all the
    time, then maybe think about calling support.

    I own the digital copy and whenever i try to get on multiplayer the screen freezes for about five minutes and then it kicks me off back to the xbox dash.
