    A few days ago I got an enforcement on my Xbox account and was banned for 7 days. Before this, I haven’t been banned in nearly 6 years and have been apart of Xbox Ambassadors for nearly 3 years. Of course, because of the TOS for Xbox Ambassadors, I was removed because of this enforcement. I am not sure why I was suspended and I got a review case/appeal and less than 24 hours later the appeal was approved and my suspension was revoked. In the TOS, it also states that if the case review or appeal gets accepted, I am able to rejoin. My issue is it still says access denied when going to the ambassadors page. I’ve tried reaching out to them via email and phone call and i get nothing. I’ve tried dming them on Twitter and instagram, nothing. It’s absolutely absurd how little communication they have, and how a small simple ban removes me completely. If anyone has any solutions besides “email so and so” or “call this person” that would be great. Hopefully there are some ambassador teams that will see this thread.

    It depends on how many other emails they have to get through. It's not a very large team so it can take some time.

    I already have multiple time. Does it take a long time for them to respond? I get they get alot of emails and can only work during business hours but it shouldn’t take this long for them to respond. How long on average does it take for them to reply?

    All I know is emailing them is your best bet. There is nothing you can do now, but wait until they reinstate your Ambassador status.

    You will need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove spaces) and they will be able to sort it out for you.

    If you got kicked from the Xbox Ambassadors program there had to have been a violation of the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live or the Ambassadors Code of Conduct so there is a good chance it is permanent unfortunately.
