Mouse and Keyboard suck for simulation; you need an actual flight stick.

Also, Gaijin did mouse and keyboard controls perfectly for Arcade Mode.

Press the Win + R keys together on your keyboard to open the Run command window. In the Run command search box, type powershell and press the Ctrl + Shift + Enter shortcut key on your keyboard to open the Windows PowerShell in elevated mode.

To play Flight Simulator 2020 you don't actually need any piloting skills. If you set the skill level to easy you don't need to concern yourself with the more complex parts of the simulation.

If you want simple controls, buy an Xbox One controller. The game fully supports these controllers. Some elements may still need the keyboard, but for a rookie, the controller is the best way to start.

There are also loads of video guides on YouTube.

Probably, Microsoft will make available in its next consoles connectivity and keyboard and mouse support, both wired and via bluetooth, because with the launch of Flight Simulator 2020 for XBOX, the use of these devices will be almost mandatory...
