Keyboard & Mouse suddenly not working on Fortnite after 2 weeks?

Thank you for thw help. I found out that the usb exstention cord was the problem not thw game or xbox itself. I tried plugging the usb from my mouse directly to the xbox instead of the usb exstention then into the xbox. Thatnk you again for the help. W mans

Thank you for replying, but nothing of what you said worked. I can still only use my controller. Keyboard and mouse isnt working but in the main menu or the lobby it works but not normaly. There two cursors, one anchored in the middle and one I that works just fine.

Hello Sami, if you have a new generation console like Series S/X, try to remove games from quick resume, and try the procedures below.

The first is a clear cache

1. Go to the Xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds until it turns off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Hell again, try to do the test with another keyboard and mouse, because if it's not something in the system it could be in the game or in the devices.

My keyboard and mouse doesnt work at all on fortnite. It worked for about two weeks and then just stopped working. It worked fune in warframe tho.
