    Compatible Keyboards

    Hello all! Does anyone know if Microsoft will work on compatible keyboards? I bought a new Genesis Thor 300 tkl keyboard today and as if the Xbox did not detect it.

    Hi, now a question for Microsoft. Could you do it so that the Genesis thor 300 keyboard would be compatible on xbox one s? I am leaving this Saturday because I am off and I would like to take
    my keyboard with me. I would ask for the keyboard to work on Saturday because my son wants to play because he can not play on the pad. Thanks, Claudius

    Sorry to hear about issue with the keyboard. Being the support for keyboard and mouse is still new there will be some that are incompatible with the Xbox. You can check out the

    keyboard and mouse support     see if it helps any. Ultimately though, all mouse and keyboard will be a third party device. Over time I think it will be more accessible for more and more keyboards.

    It would be best to contact the keyboard manufacturer, to see if their keyboards are compatible with the Xbox One, and if not are they working with Microsoft to get them to work. Here is their website if you need it http://genesis-zone.com/en/

    I asked the company genesis and they told me to contact Microsoft. Microsoft 3 days ago told me to wait because it's just the beginning of keyboards and mice so not every one is now compatible
