Keyboard doesn't show when using touch controls on the xbox mobile game pass app

If we may ask, are you experiencing this kind of issue on a specific game only or happening to all?

On a handful of Android devices, certain settings such as auto-rotate and accessibility may cause the triggers, sticks, and D-pad to stop receiving input. If this is the case, disabling these settings may fix the problem. And also, if the issue is happening to specific game like on the game you have mentioned, we will reach out the game developer support team so that they can roll out an investigation and include the fix on their future updates.

Sorry for the late reply: it happens when using cloud play and has happened a few times. I have tried multiple games and it has occured everytime you try to type something.

Is this happening when you start a cloud gaming session or are you doing remote play to your Xbox Console?
In any case, is this happening recently or is this the first time that you try to use the feature?
And, what troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this?
