Keyboard connected to Xbox not working in game

Look at link video this keyboard turn on when i connect first work keyboard and connect mechanical keyboard at this same time and on old keyboard i click numlock then mechanical keyboard turn on and good work.

Any usb keyboard should function on the Xbox One. Are you trying to play a game using the keyboard/mouse or just for typing?

I wanted to use this and this but it does not work. When I connect it to the computer it shines and works but when I connect to the xbox it is not even a wink.

I bought a Akko keyboard and a razor mouse. The keyboard connects to my Xbox but doesn’t work but my mouse works fine.

Did you check in the official game website if it supports keyboard and mouse on Xbox console?

Please be aware, not every game on Xbox is compatible with keyboard and mouse.
Each developer needs to enable this option for the game.
