Keyboard broken on fortnite xb1

I m having issues using my keyboard to play fortnite on my xbox it will work with my other account but not the one with all my items on it someone please help my fix this

Hello Tempess,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. Do you get any errors when trying to use the keyboard on the profile with all your items? Also, Try

power cycle the console sign in with the profile with all items and see if it works then. Weird It works for one profile not the other there is no setting to block in for privacy settings.

I start up fortnite then plug in my keyboard and mouse and only my keyboard works how do i fix this ?

What model of keyboard and mouse are you using?. There is of course a work in progress for both, I highly suggest using a wired Keyboard and mouse only at this current moment on fortnite.

Currently only Minecraft (without the "Xbox One Edition" in the title) is playable with keyboard and mouse.

All other games, including Fortnite do NOT work with Keyboard and Mouse on the Xbox One.

If you want to play Fortnite with Keyboard and Mouse, you can do that on a regular Windows PC.
