Keyboard and mouse constantly freezing on Xbox roblox

Hi! I tried to factory reset my console while keeping games and apps and the mouse worked for about 10 seconds before it froze again. I tried to plug it into my pc and windows (10) wouldn’t recognize the mouse and it would stop lightning up and working. I’ve tried every tutorial I’ve found so far and nothing has fixed it, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the drivers, turned on high performance, turned off some mouse settings in power options, used multiple usb ports etc. Do you think I have to go out and buy one or do you have any last things I could try before giving up? Keyboard works fine now. The mouse worked fine a few days ago and it just started being weird the last 2-3 days. I’ve had something vaguely similar in the past but it somehow resolved itself. If you’ve got any extra tips that would be very much appreciated. Have a nice day!

I can see that you have done everything possible here to try and fix the issue and it seems that this is already a problem with your mouse because it is also not working properly on other devices. Your mouse might already be defective for some reason. Try a different mouse and see if the issue is fixed.

Try to perform a factory reset keep my games and apps on your console. Don't worry this will not delete your saved data on your accounts.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.
