key rewards for communinty bingo!!!

What is going on with Bingo these days? Since Thursday or Friday, ongoing issue with "connection in progress" when transitioning from completed game to game rewards board, thereby losing all bingos &/or rewards; sometimes after spending tickets for additional
5s. I have lost at least 10 bingos plus keys and luggage card rewards since Sunday. I observed from reading 'chat' posts that this problem is pervasive!

Every week there seems to be some sort of 'connectivity' problem. Why can't a permanent remedy be found!!!!???@@###*** Don't need this kind of aggravation!

I'm not losing any rewards---CAN'T CONNECT!!!!!

Please check the little Gift icon in the main menu for Community Rewards and let us know if you found your keys there.

Same problem too, tried to contact them, transfered me from xbox support to microsoft support, back to xbox support, back again to microsoft support, and to tell me finally to
call the game department to have my issue solved. Do I need to contact the game developers? Isn't this their problem???

The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.

You have to have keys to open the bags - inside the bags are various types of rewards - coins, tickets and power-ups. The luggage to open comes at the end of each game, and is determined based on certain tiles that get daubed, or power balls and power bingos.
If you don't have any keys, when you try to click on the luggage it will try to send you to the store to purchase some - this is the "buy more" message you are getting. As soon as you hit the play again button, any luggage you had in that "reward" line goes
away. By playing power bingo with the community goals, you can get a ton of keys - you can also get them by logging in daily - there are certain days that give you between 2-5 keys. Finally, you can get keys from daubing tiles that have a key on them, from
leveling up or even sometimes you get keys inside the luggage you are opening. Other than that you have to purchase them with coins in the shop - five for one hundred coins. Hope that helps you!
