    KEY AWARDS


    I HAVE EARNED 200 KEYS (100 ON TWO OCCASIONS) BUT NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I REACHED THE COMMUNITY GOALS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS RE-SET AND I DID NOT GET THE KEYS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???

    So what's the point of doing quests in the Preview Program?

    I know you get "keys" or whatever, but what exactly do you do with those keys? Can they be used to redeem some awards or something?

    Microsoft Bingo No Rewards Awarded for Community Reaching Goal

    To whom this may concern:

    I had reached the 5 Power Bingo status for 15 Key Award in Mexico GamePlay to be awarded 15 keys when the community reached it's goal. The community reached it's goal today and the 15 keys were not awarded to my Bingo Account. My key level is at 0. Please
    fix this issue and award the missing keys.

    They aren't automatically awarded to your key count. You have to go to the SOCIAL tab. Open that and click on awards.
