If the console was purchased new, you should enquire with the place where you bought it, if the console wasnt new and the original cide was used, you would need to purchase a new subscription.

Désolé pour le soucis , mais les clés en provenance de ce site ne sont pas "légales" car provenant de zone souvent non compatible avec les USA/Europe... , quand Microsoft repère une clé qui est utilisée par plusieurs différents utilisateurs , le jeu est
automatiquement bloqué. Le seul endroit officiel pour les licences digitales est le Microsoft/Xbox Store.

Where did you purchase the code? You will need to go back to the seller and ask for a replacement. We don't have any support tools here on the forums to assist you with your request unfortunately.

You can also contact Xbox support and see what they can do.

4. Select Error Messages and codes.
5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

Was it a used game perhaps? you didn't state that in your post. Any game that comes with a codecard/sheet from a used game retailer, you can assume the code has been already utilized and in most cases has.

If you've installed the Games For Windows Client and tried redeeming the code that way, have you tried adding the dashes with the code?

That could be the problem.

But if not, as long as you have the original receipt and the UPC code is undamaged you should be able to send / email the company a copy of the purchase.

Example : Clear photo of original receipt from the retailer and the game's code you're trying to activate.

In some cases the company might require you to send them the original receipt.

But for this, if the place you bought it from is good with their customers you should be able to return the game and get another copy with a working code...but some retailers may say that once you opened the game...it's yours to bother with.
