    Keeps signing out since new update, HELP!


    Hi everyone, since today I'm having serious issues with my XboxOne errorcodes to the top and no joy...

    It won't load any games, keeps signing me out and when finally one game loads, it won't be able to load any saved games.

    What happened? I have no idea, but I'm highly annoyed by this!

    Just want to play Gears 5 Campaign, getting 0x8b050033, locked out of solo campaign.

    Hello Fr1ed,

    Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue. We recommend try signing out of the Xbox app and then sign back in. This has been a fix for people not able to update Gears 5 since the service alert yesterday.

    To sign out, go to the Settings screen in the the Xbox Console Companion app. At the top of the General tab, select
    Sign out.

    Can you sign into your account on the computer, this may be a security issue. If you can sign in on the PC then remove your profile, power cycle the console and reinstall your profile again. If that does not fix it, I would do a factory reset keeping
    your games and apps.

    LOL,

    You dont have to keep restarting your console, you will be signed out of xbox live and prompted to download and install the new update
