Keeps saying "Urgent" "Your billing needs to be updated" even when updated.

WHEN THE GAME STARTS ITS STATES THAT A UPDATE IS NEEDED AND A RESTART. THE NEXT MESSAGE SAYS UPDATED COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY. BUT WHEN YOU START THE GAME AGAIN ITS KEEPS SAYING UPDATED NEEDED AND RESTART. THIS KEEPS HAPPEINING AND THE GAME NEVER STARTS .

Searching on the internet I've found post from other users that have this issue or similar, a lot of people, and it's clear that this is a software issue related to the previous OS updates. This need an urgent update.
