Help I can’t update to the newest version (1.18) of minecraft it keeps saying this same code and I don’t know how to fix it

so i downloaded the new dashboard update last night and now i can't talk to anyone it keeps saying "no mic found for this person " does anyone know how to fix this ? i called xbox and all they could tell me to do is post here.

When this happens it has nothing to do with your Xbox. When your download speed isn't fast enough to keep up with your Xbox. Your console will tell you it too long to start. So your console is trying to process a specific amount of data at a time and if
it cant keep up it will give you the error. Please try some of these troubleshooting steps to see if you can boost your routers performance.

This happens with Fortnite on my sons console occasionally.

We reset the console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it’s completely off. When we turn it back on and try again, it always fixes it.

When it happens to me I quit the game, go to the store, look at many random game, then go back to my game and it then loads. Sometimes I have to do it twice. I never hard reset my console.
