Keeps saying “connection failed” failed to login to online services [Reason: Detrick-Lester]

Please, change your connection DNS.

Follow these steps:

Go to Profile and System > Settings

In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

On the DNS field, input these:

Primary: 8.8.8.8

Secondary: 8.8.4.4

Save settings.

I understand how frustrating it must be that you are unable to connect online. Have you tried any other online games to see if they're working or not? If possible please provide a photo of this error too.

Thanks for the response. After rebooting everything and nothing seemed to work. I powered down the console, then unplugged it or 30 seconds and then reconnected it, brought the system up, and low and behold, everything is working now. But below is the exact message I was getting:

Failed to login to online services (Reason: DETRICK - GETLENKIRCHEN)
