    Keep my account from being banned


    My wife accidentally requested a refund for payments made through my apple account for Age of Empires Mobile and this happened once before and they banned my account and warned if it happened again they may ban my account permanently. She went through the credit card company and it cannot be reversed there. I want to reach out to someone so I can make sure this doesn't happen.

    it sounds like you purchased it on your iPhone or iPad via the Apple Store, this has nothing to do with Microsoft,

    Apple are the ones who handled every aspect of your transaction and your account on the service. you would have to call Apple support about what may have triggered this

    I will tell you that they may have warned you that abuse of refunds can result in a ban. Many people use refund systems like a rental

    I can understand what you're trying to say.

    The thing is if there account/console is banned they wont be able to get my IP after i change it. The only way they keep getting my Ip is from getting into online mutliplayer matches in cod black ops 2. If there account/console is banned they won't be able
    to be matched up with me.

    However until then i have to keep my kids off the game as I'm sick of my internet being disconnected

    Terms of use clearly states do not give out your account info or lend your account to anyone

    Also if your "friend" does any cheating you are responcible
