    Keep getting “try again in a while we can’t connect to your console right now” despite it...


    Been using remote play for a while on my computer to connect to my Xbox series X but the other day it tells me it can’t connect. It is an instant message I get and I have no idea how to solve it. I currently am not at my physical console, so messing around with that is not an option, but my console should be fine as I played on it a few days ago. I am in a different part of the country from my console for the next few weeks so if anyone could help me fix this, I’d appreciate it.

    I appreciate you letting me know. In this case, resetting the console keeping the games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Hi kevinbishop7, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try to uninstall the game then install the digital version through Xbox App by simply searching for the game then click "Download to my console". Once fully installed please insert the disc then try to play the game.

    I’ve uninstalled but am having trouble reinstalling as it says I don’t have enough space. I have 177 GB free any ideas?
