Keep getting suspended...

hello, i have a question, my son keeps getting suspended on his xbox live account and i think others are doing it to just be mean..the suspension said it was up at 12:54am 10/27/2018, yet it hasn't been lifted yet, i put ALOT OF $ into this
[Mod Removed - Profanity] and im getting quite tired of it...once a kid( i think) threatened him so bad, he was hysterical crying so i told him to block him..(notice i didn't report him, probably should had). If this keeps happening,
im gonna stop him playing this [Mod Removed - Profanity] and no more $$ losing a customer (xbox Microsoft). This is ridiculous, freakin

I keep getting suspended

Okay in august I recieved a suspension and I was okay with that i deserved it but now for no reason xbox keeps renewing my suspension, so basically the suspension is still going when it should've ended in september. It is a garbage system and I bet other
people have it too, it makes me frustated and want to go sell my xbox and get a Ps4 instead, if anyone knows how to fix this mess PLEASE tell me

Still happening... Keep getting suspended for "quitting games." This is ridiculous!!!

sorry i forgot to mention, that i have already emailed a few times before and i was expecting it to be lifted by now...that is waaayyyyy too long of a time for suspension, and i think something is up

Thanks for your post. It seems like the suspension date has not been reached yet. The date you have posted calls for Saturday, October 27th of 2018. If you'd like to appeal this suspension please visit the
Enforcement Website to submit a case review, and the enforcement team will be happy to take a look.

Since this is an enforcement action, we will no longer be able to assist and all inquiry must be taken through enforcement.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions, so no one else could suspend your son. They may be reporting him, but the enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined a
person has done something to violate the code of conduct. Suspension length varies depending on the severity of the situation as well as any previous enforcement actions. So they do get longer the more suspensions are issued.

If you've already submitted a case review on the enforcement site, you would either need to wait for their response, or wait for the suspension to end if they upheld their decision. As it's only 10/21 the suspension would not have been lifted yet if it is
set to end on the 27th.

Lmao r u kidding me? So i literally have to beg to get the suspension review, by answering some dumb irrelevant questions ? Im good and so is my son, they just lost a customer. Im done. Thanks for nothing XBOX
