Keep getting suspended for no reason

I tried the enforcement thing and no one answered or even read my statement. My friend keeps getting banned and i have no part in it. I shouldnt be banned just because i have my account linked to his. Im tired of it, i play everyday talking and having
fun with friends but now i cant because your service is not good. i would love to have my account back but most likley no one is going to read this. Also whats with the test asking questions that has nothing to do with the gaming community. Some of the questions
are ok but almost all the time there are two questions that just have nothing to do with anything.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this situation. As our Ambassador has previously stated, for any Enforcement action, you must go to through the
Enforcement websiteto resolve this.
If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website. Enforcement does review cases; however, if it is decided that the enforcement action will be upheld, then you must wait for the ban
or suspension to end before you'll be able to access certain aspects of Xbox Live or your profile. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.

Since there is no further resolution and in an effort to minimize repetitive answers we will be locking this thread, but if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to come back to the Xbox forum (Do not repost the same question or
thread as that would violate the Xbox Forum Guidelines).

You would not be banned based on what your friend does unless he actually signs into your account (which is not allowed) and does something on your account to violate the code of conduct. Otherwise, the enforcement team investigates every complaint and will
only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.

The questionnaire is meant to determine how well you know what is and what is not allowed on Live. If you're failing it, it's an indication that you need to review the code of conduct so you have a better understanding of what not to do and hopefully not
get suspended again.
