Keep getting Rewards emails for a deleted account.

I have an older rewards account (MISLEDSAFE2) and I deleted it over a year ago, yet I still get xbox rewards emails (3 in the last 30 days) for that account.

How can I make it stop?

I keep getting emails telling me to update my account for my rewards to post. My account info is correct and it still won't give my my credits.

Hi there, I keep getting emails on my hotmail account from xbox.com as if i was a member, but i think some spambot has used my email to create this account as the username is just all scrambled letters (as you may have noticed). I have an xbox account on
my other email account, so how would i go about getting this one deleted?

It looks like both your accounts have the same email address. However, since your other account was registered a day before this one, that account is the one getting all the emails. Would you like us to opt that account out of the Rewards program so that
this account is the only one receiving communications?

 

Yes, if you can opt-out the MisledSafe2 account, that would be great. I do not intend to ever use that one again.
