Keep getting generic code errors when trying to load save in Farm Together.

In order to isolate a bit more the issue may I know if you tried reinstalling the game? But before that let's try covering everything from your side.

If the issue persists you may need to reach the game developer.

Try this (if one doesn't work proceed with the next)

A. Power cycle your console

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

B. Use a different wifi network

For example, share mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way.

C. Check if your NAT type is open for the actual network

Go to settings > general > network config.

If it doesn't say open, you may need to open the required ports (you may need to reach your internet service provider for this one)

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

D. Try using a different DNS address

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.

When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.

(If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

E. Clear your MAC address

Select Setting > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address

Select Clear, restart your console and give it a new try

F. As I advised in the beginning, reinstall the game

I have also been getting these error codes after playing the new Minecraft, I wouldn't be surprised if that's our issue.
