Keep getting Error code 0x838601e7 when syncing data

When trying to sync the data for mw2 I keep getting this error code. Tried restarting and still nothing. A little frustrating as the day before it was playing fine, any ideas would be gladly appreciated!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

According to Xbox Support:

“This may mean that the Xbox service is having trouble syncing your game data. To resolve this issue, try the solutions below.”

Please try performing a powercycle on your console and then try re-launching the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn’t work may I ask if you’re playing the game while connected to Xbox Live/Internet?

Tried to connect my lads fifa 14 for 2 weeks won't sync data 0x838601e7 error, have done these,

Disconnected router

Reset router

Uninstalled fifa

Hard reset,

Clear mac on advanced wireless setting,

Reset a wireless connection

Still nothing, error code not regonised on support, *** off!
