    keep getting error code 0x80830003


    when i try to sync game data it’s stops at 6-7% and says “we can’t save anymore data for this game or app” i’ve had this problem before but can’t remember how i fixed it last time but i’ve already deleted games and deleted cyberpunk and reinstalled it and i’ve had no luck

    Hi Tinselgoblin! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    What this error code indicates is that there is no space in the storage of your Xbox console, although in some cases there may be space available.

    To resolve this issue, follow these steps to restart the console (POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​​​​):

    Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds to turn off the console. The console will turn off.

    Turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on the controller.

    If that doesn't work, your next option would be to reset your console and save your games and apps. Don't worry, your progress and saved games won't be deleted while you're connected to Xbox Live. All your accounts will be deleted, but you can add them later.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Profile and System > Settings > System > Control Panel Information. Select Reset console. Reset and save my games and apps.

    Hello,

    thank you for your reply.

    I have tried the hard reset already turning it off etc. I am on Xbox Series X so when I wipe my data keeping games will I still keep my data for example gta online etc? I don’t want to lose any of my game saves so am I able to get the data back?
