    Keep getting Error code 0x8000ffff which is not enabling me to access certain features...


    I keep on getting Error code 0x8000ffff when I access certain features but I'm able to access my account, but not certain features (i.e. creating groups, access to "my games and apps", or even my full library) can someone help fix this

    Thanks for trying. It looks like our best option here is to perform a factory reset to potentially remove any corrupted data from your system. There's an option to keep your games and apps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”
