Keep Getting emails telling me to post here

Keep receiving the following emails from you guys telling me to post here, so here I am, posting. Pretty sure this has something to do with the fact that there are two email addresses associated with my rewards program and GamerTag. Not sure how it happened,
but everything should be linked to (Personal Information Removed) is my email address as well, but not the one I use with Rewards or Gaming.

Rewards Not Posting

I keep getting emails telling me to update my account for my rewards to post. My account info is correct and it still won't give my my credits.

 

WHY IS MY XBOX ONE BANNED

it seems i keep getting thrown around everywhere i'm told to post here then u tell me to go somewhere else i will do what support tells me to do i will post here,look at my email and look at that website

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
