    Tenure issue?

    Hello,

    I'll keep it short and quick.

    Had an email that said my live expired. Lost tenure.

    Wondering how and if it can be fixed? Since I purchased it, but through retail and not on my xbox.

    Also why is getting support seemingly so difficult with xbox?

    I keep getting email onto my registered email account from [Mod Removed]

    They appear genuine and seem to know my info, but I'm a bit wary as it isn't a Microsoft email or any other I recognise.

    Are they legitimate emails?
