    Keep getting “do you own the game “ and “please clean your disc “ and “there was a problem “


    It’s not the update or trouble shooting cuz I already did that . It’s been months since I played my disc game cuz everytime I insert it , this message appears . It’s also not letting me install any games even when I have the disc. And I’m connected to the network . And the disc isn’t even scratched. It’s the 2013 original model btw, do I need a new one?

    Lego Indiana Jones 2 is unreadable disc

    Please check, if there are any scratches or fingerprints on the surface. If you have a lense-cleaning-disc, use it to clean the lense.

    If your disc is OK, please try other games. Clean your DVD with a soft tissue.

    Sometimes this error message indicates an DVD-drive issue, that can only be fixed by the MS-Repaircenter.

    What kind of console do you own? How old is it?

    Do you own a 360S?

    Please turn off your console and also unplug the power cable.

    Take a soft tissue and clean the eject-button of the disc drive.

    Maybe that's it.

    This is why I don't download digital copies of game. You have problems like this happen. I'd suggest looking for a disc cleaning/repair kit and get your disc cleaned/repaired. That should solve the problem.

    Most game stores that also sell pre-owned games have disc cleaning services. I don't know what stores do it where you are because I'm British. My nephew had a similar problem with one of his games, I had the disc cleaned it works fine again now.

    From the sound of it, your console might not be reading the disc. Take the disc out, give it a clean, and reinsert the disc, and try playing the game again. As for Halo reach, you will have to pay for it, if you do not own game pass.
