    Keep Getting DIsconnected From Live


    So, I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live on my Xbox One S. I have tried everything like disconnecting from wireless then reconnecting, removing and re-adding my account on Xbox, power cycled both Xbox and Modem.

    I'll be playing a game, and I'll then be told that I've been disconnected, I'll then go into the settings and see the progress of the reconnection, and I'll see things like 'NAT Type: Unavailable", then it will change to "Open".

    My download and upload speeds exceed the requirements for gaming, and I have a latency of 43 with 0% packet loss. The only thing that worries me is the connectivity strength which is 94% on average and not 100%. I've ran network and multiplayer connection
    tests, only to be told nothing is wrong.

    I've lost ranking in Halo very much due to this issue, and I really need help, thanks!

    After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

    Try and Turn your Xbox off and back on again for a few minutes then go to connection and try connect that still don't work try to see the stats of the connection it may tell you then

    maybe you had my same problem. be sure to check if your network needs a wpa2 key because xbox 360 doesnt support it

    When you get disconnected, have you tried to test your connection to check for an error code?
