    Hi, According to the error code search site, this is what it means. (Copied & pasted straight off the site) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/error-code-lookup?code=8007065b



    This may indicate that the Xbox Live service is down. You might also see this error after you change your gamertag, which may mean your gamertag change did not apply correctly to your account.

    Solution 1: Check for Xbox Live service alerts Check for service alerts on the
    Xbox Live Status page. If there are any service alerts, wait a while and then try again.


    Solution 2: Sign out and restart your console Sign out of the profile that’s associated with your gamertag. Restart the console, and then try to sign in to your profile again.

    If neither solution resolves the issue, contact
    Xbox Support    .
