    Keep getting "can't find teredo address"


    Sometimes works, but then after connect with other players, I get booted from xbox live and get the message that "teredo address not found" Any suggestions? Recently purchased xbox one S. Never had the problem previously with my xbox 360. Please help!

    can't find teredo IP address

    When i test multiplayer connection it says that they "cant find a Teredo IP address". unplugging everything didn't help but then the next step is to make sure UDP port 3544 isn't blocked. Well, I have no clue what that is so i skipped it. I have an ASUS
    laptop if anyone knows how to fix the UDP port 3544 through ethernet into the ASUS then please inform m. Then i did all this other stuff having to do with IP addresses and it turned out i think i have to call my service provider. They first said that if I
    didn't change anything than nothing should have happened. I said OK and ended the call. It probably does have something to do with my ISP (charter) but i would prefer not to have to call them unless it comes to that. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I
    will answer any questions you need.

    This week suddenly could not join multiplayer game. Checked connection and received "Can't find Teredo IP address" curious how this can just happen overnight. Have same ISP and they have changed nothing that I can see on the network. Contacting to them be
    sure, but seems odd My Xbox One all of the sudden has a NAT issue.

    I did hardwire it and that did not fix issue. the only thing that has worked for me is manually changing my IP address and getting my Xbox to recognize that IP address

    Thanks for the update on the issue with the network configuration for the Xbox One S. The different devices on the local area network may be creating the double NAT type on the Xbox One Console. I recommend trying the following articles:


    For more assistance, I recommend to contact your Internet Service Provider for more assistance with the network configuration.
