    Keep getting asked to correct my birthday


    Hi,

    I can't redeem my reward points because I keep getting asked to correct my birtday, but when I try to do that, the correct dates are already filled in.

    Please advise

    Birthday on Microsoft account is correct?

    The BIRTHDAY associated with my Microsoft account is correct but the Xbox live rewards account status still shows up as yellow and asks me to change my birthday to a correct birthday.

    That notification was incorrectly receiving birthday information. I see that your account has had this error fixed, and your status is now Green. Regarding your deposit, that has not be done yet. The next deposit cycle will occur in the middle of this month.
    Your last Credit event which scheduled you for an automatic deposit occurred too late to schedule you for last months end of month deposit.

    It looks like you are receiving this notification due to a internal data error. Our system is incorrectly formatting your date of birth, which is causing us to see that your birthday was in in 1753! This is an error that we are currently working on correcting.
    We apologize for the alarm that this may have caused. This notification does not mean that your account is not working correctly. It was just some information that our system noticed was odd.

    date of birth information, after which the warning light should go away. This warning will not negatively impact your account in any way, it is just a notification that our system detected some possibly incorrectly input information.
