Keep getting a system error code and I dont know what to do next...please help

I am receiving a error code when I try to play certain games. the error code is 0x800701e7. I have tried to do a offline update with the OSU2 and OSU1 and it did not work. also I have restarted my xbox multiple times and reset it also and
it is still not working. the games are downloaded from xbox store and are stored on external hard drive. Also I have tried to move the games that aren't working from the external harddrive to the internal one, and It will not move the games. keeps stopping
the installation. I am lost and don't know twhat to try next. thank you in advance.

Ive tried that many times and no luck. the xbox is up to date with the latest OS, but it will not load games and is giving me this code.

first off I do not kno w what the insider program is so im assuming that I am not apart of that. also, when trying the OSU1 in the troubleshooting menu, the offline update button would not come up so I did a full xbox reset and kept the USB with the OSU1
in. same result whether I have the USB in or out. This problem have been happening for a couple months now so I really don't think that its the update problem.

Ok what are you running the insiders program if so then you cant use the osu

That is onlybe for the offical updates

Do a factory reset now before using the osu

ONLY FOR INSIDERS PROGRAM

Use a windows 10 pc or laptop

Download the insiders program abd unenroll then runconnect to live this will download the offical update then yku can reenroll

Do NOT do this if you arent in the insiders program

This will not hrlp withnom members

really should of waited few days for it to dry than tried turning it on
