Keep freezing after trying to redeem code

After entering the code on Microsoft on Xbox it keeps saying the code has already been redeemed. But nowhere to be found in my account.

to ya all who still cant get the redeem code after completion just keep trying i had to do it like around 15 times till it finally gave it to me----

In case the system keeps telling you that it is not possible to redeem more months, I recommend you to try again in a few days and if the problem continues, try again after one month. Remember that codes do not expire.

Also keep an eye out for any new information about accumulation limits due to the change from Live Gold to Game Pass Core, maybe there are changes coming that have not been announced yet.
